# User journey 1

**Case A: New Customer Onboarding**\
A new customer selects **“Continue with UAE PASS”** to share their documents as part of the onboarding process for accessing the service provider’s platform.

**Case B: Accessing a Product or Service**\
A new or existing customer selects **“Continue with UAE PASS”** to share documents required to access a specific product or service offered by the provider.
