# Introduction

UAEPASS offers API and a process for performing the e-Seal PDF document signing. On a high-level, this operation is requested by a document signature portal or application (mobile/web) by an authorized user of the entity on behalf of that entity. 

e-Seal Signing the document entails single synchronous SOAP based web service call.
