# Onboarding Process

### Stage eSeal Certificate to SP

1. SP to register in ICA STG portal - <https://ra-stg.ica.gov.ae.&#x20>;
2. Once approved by ICA, request UAE PASS Operations team(UPOPST) for CSR from UAE PASS STG environment.&#x20;
3. UPOPST to share STG CSR to SP.&#x20;
4. ICA will share the STG eSeal certificates to SP which needs to be shared with UPOPST&#x20;
5. UPOPST will share the client credentials to be used in STG environment to SP and they can test the same in their STG environment.&#x20;

### Production eSeal Certificate to SP

1. SP will register in ICA STG portal - <https://ra.ica.gov.ae.&#x20>;
2. SP will fill in form and upload legal documents.&#x20;
3. SP will submit signup request.&#x20;
4. ICA will review documents according to vetting process.&#x20;
5. SP will revise the documents if required post ICA review.&#x20;
6. ICA will provide confirmation notification to SP.&#x20;
7. ICA will share the certificate holder agreement with application form.&#x20;
8. SP will activate account through link shared as confirmation notification by ICA.&#x20;
9. SP will share the use cases with ICA. &#x20;
10. ICA will review the use cases.&#x20;
11. ICA will suggest the subject DN to SP.&#x20;
12. SP will submit the request for CSR with subject DN to UPOPST.&#x20;
13. UPOPST will review the CSR request and generate CSR.&#x20;
14. UPOPST will provide CSR to SP.&#x20;
15. SP will submit CSR with signed certificate holder agreement, filled and signed application form on <https://ra.ica.gov.ae&#x20>;
16. ICA will review according to the vetting process.&#x20;
17. SP will revise the documents if required post ICA review.&#x20;
18. ICA will issue the eSeal production certificate.&#x20;
19. SP will download eSeal certificate and move to production.&#x20;
20. SP will contact UPOPST for prod credentials&#x20;

### eSeal Assessment and Verification Process

1. SP will implement eSeal and unit test the UAE PASS eSeal integration as per the eSeal assessment checklist (Refer to Submission for Approval section).&#x20;
2. SP will confirm the stage assessment readiness.&#x20;
3. UPOT will perform the stage assessment over online eMeeting in order to make sure the integration is compliant as per the UAE PASS guidelines and the approved use case.&#x20;
4. UPOT will fill the stage eSeal assessment checklist once the staging assessment is completed.&#x20;
5. UPOT will forward the assessment checklist and CC form to UPOPST and will request UPOPST team to configure the production certificate & CC to SP.&#x20;
6. SP will deploy the changes with the provided production credentials and certificate provided by UPOPST.&#x20;
7. SP will communicate their Go Live plan and the deployment date to UPOT.&#x20;

&#x20;   8\. UPOT will perform the production verification once the eSeal application is LIVE with UAE PASS.&#x20;

&#x20;  9\. UPOT will fill the prod eSeal assessment checklist once the production verification is completed.&#x20;

&#x20; 10\. UPOT will provide the onboarding sign off based on production verification results.&#x20;
